When will I receive my order?
After you have completed your purchase, we will send a confirmation email to the email address we have on file for you. Please note that orders placed after 4 PM may be processed on the next business day. Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays, and they will not be shipped on Sundays or other holidays.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. For additional details, such as shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.
Are duties and taxes included? I live outside the EU, do I need to pay Duty and Taxes?
Please note that local taxes and custom duties may apply, depending on the order and country of origin. Fabricsforsale is not responsible for these fees. If you refuse to pay these fees, the order will be cancelled, and any associated shipping and custom fees will be deducted from any refunds of the cancelled order.
Where is my order? Can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the DHL Shipment tracking page, where you can see the current shipment status and estimated time of delivery.
Which shipping service do you use?
We use DHL for all shippings.
Do you ship to my country?
We provide worldwide shipping.
What currency will I be charged in?
Orders from every country will be charged in Euro.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Setting up an account is not mandatory, but if you register, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through 'My Account':
- Manage your account details and add several addresses
- Be notified when new items are available
- Review past purchases
How do I know the item will fit me?
In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available for every product:
- The real size stated by the brand (if existing)
- The estimated size/ how it fits
Our Customer service team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting, however we do not send fit pics.
Have you received my return?
After we receive your parcel, please allow us up to 14 days to complete the refund process. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that your refund will only include the amount you paid for the item(s) and will exclude the shipping fee. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. In case you don't receive a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care.
Please also keep in mind that depending on your bank provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded funds to become available in your account.
What happens if you don’t receive my return?
Please note that you are responsible for your return until the parcel reaches our warehouse. For this reason, we strongly advise you to send your return by registered mail or any postage that requires a signature upon delivery.
